| The Ohio Welsh Pony Association, Inc. is incorporated under the laws of Ohio. The nature of the Association is that of an agricultural society, and its exhibition, marketing, and ownership of Welsh ponies, and to cooperate with registration and regulatory association of the Welsh Pony & Cob Society of America in the enforcement of their respective rules and education of the public with respect to the Welsh breed and Welsh rules. It shall be a non-profit organization. |
